The OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs plan to meet with the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York later this month, US Co-chair of the OSCE MG, Ambassador James Warlick told APA on September 1.     APA quotes James Warlick as saying, "The co-chairs remain actively  engaged with the sides and plan to meet with the foreign ministers of  Azerbaijan and Armenia at the UN General Assembly in New York later  this month." 

ArmInfo.Within the next five days, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office will file a request to the US Department of Justice, demanding the Sergey Mironov  case files, Izvestia newspaper reports, citing Mironov's lawyer Karen  Nersisyan. To note, Mironov was recently detained in Armenia at the  US request on suspicion of arms trafficking.

ArmInfo. Moscow doesn't  believe that U.S. will give way to Russia's leadership in the  settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Russian Foreign Ministry  Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a briefing on August 25 in  response to the question by an Azerbaijani journalist.  In  particular, the journalist said that during U.S. Secretary of State  John Kerry's last visit to Moscow, Kremlin is said to have been  offered the leadership in settling the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict  provided that Russia gives up on Syria. In response, Zakharova said:  "I don't believe the U.S. would agree to give leadership in any issue  to Russia. Were it be so, it would a real step forward."
