ArmInfo. Armenia has  fulfilled the conditions for the entry into force of the US $ 1  million grant agreement from the Eurasian Stabilization and  Development Fund (ESDF). The money will go to purchase medical  equipment for early detection of breast cancer. This is reported by  the EDB press service.

The increase in the number of violations of the ceasefire regime on the  Armenian-Azerbaijani state border in the Tavush direction is not  conditioned by the ''Shant-2018'' command-staff exercises, as no  radical changes were registered on the eve of the exercises, Head of  the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Artak Davtyan stated  on September 12 in a conversation with journalists touching upon the  situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in the north- eastern  direction.

ArmInfo. On September 11, the armed forces of Azerbaijan fired at Baghanis village of Tavush region of Armenia and an interstate highway crossing the village for about  10 minutes from large-caliber artillery weapons.

Armenian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Tigran Balayan said this at a briefing in  Yerevan on September 12, commenting on another violation of the  ceasefire regime in the direction of the Tavush region of Armenia and  the Armenian side's actions in this regard.
