ArmInfo."The incident at the  Armenian-Azerbaijani state border during OSCE monitoring was the  result of a well-thought-out policy of Azerbaijan, aimed at  discrediting OSCE Minsk Group, Deputy Chairman of the ruling  Republican Party of Armenia, head of the parliamentary commission on  foreign affairs Armen Ashotyan expressed a similar point of view on  September 2, touching the shelling of the OSCE monitoring group near  the village of Chinari on August 31.

ArmInfo. The final decision on the Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting is not yet available. Shavarsh Kocharyan, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, stated this in a conversation  with journalists after the government meeting on July 27.

ArmInfo.Serzh Sargsyan does not believe that the July events on the at the contact  line  (Azerbaijan used the civilian population as a human shield, during the shelling of the Karabakh positions -ed.)  -are  a new stage  of  the Karabakh conflict, because,  according to his assessment, unfortunately, it is pretty long time the tension on the contact line has been established .

ArmInfo. The United States is deeply concerned about violations of the ceasefire on the Karabakh-Azerbaijani contact line during the last week, which also led to human losses. This is stated in the statement of US State Department spokesman Heather Noirtt, published on the agency's website.

ArmInfo.OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs do a good job, in rather difficult conditions, where there are many challenges. The head of EU Delegation to Armenia Piotr  Switalski said this at a press conference in Yerevan on June 20 when  answering the question whether it is time to take effective measures  against Azerbaijan, which permanently carries out provocations on the  line of contact of Karabakh-Azerbaijani troops.

ArmInfo.The only expectation f Armenian side from the upcoming visit of OSCE  is providing the  implementation of Agreements reached in Vienna and St. Petersburg in 2016.  This was stated by Shavarsh Kocharyan, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia on June 8 after the Government session. 

ArmInfo.OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs will visit Armenia on June 10. This was stated by Maria  Zakharova, the official representative of Russian MFA, during a briefing held on June 8.

OSCE Minsk Group co chairs mission is to search and find ways of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement, however, the final decision of the issue  settlement should be made by the parties, France Ambassador to Armenia Jean Francois Charpentier stated during the press conference in Yerevan on June 1.

The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group pointed out for the first time that it was Azerbaijan that violated the ceasefire agreement and opened fire.  Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stated this at a joint  press conference with the OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier on  May 30 in Yerevan.

ArmInfo.In my opinion, we should expect an increase in the degree of tension on the line of contact of the opposing sides of the Karabakh conflict by the summer, the  director of the Center for Regional Studies Richard Kirakosyan believes.
