ArmInfo.After the parliamentary elections Armenian Government started to discuss  personal issues and according to government-affiliated sources of ArmInfo, has already decided some assignments.

ArmInfo. Serzh Sargsyahn, the President of Armenia, proposed to the National Assembly  Levon Yolyan's candidacy for the post of the Republic of Armenia Control Chamber Chairman. This was stated  by  Galust Sahakyan, the Chairman  of Armenian National Assembly.

Upon the fact that Azerbaijan declared internationally wanted a number of MEPs Elaine Teoharius, Frank Engel and Jaromir Stetina for the implementation of  the observation mission during constitutional referendum in Nagorno  Karabakh, Co-Chairman of Armenia-EU commission for cooperation Samvel  Faramnyan and head of the Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary  Assembly Evranest "Eastern Partnershop" of EU Artak Zakaryan with  letters addressed the factions and the head of the European  Parliament Antonio Tayaani, members of the Bureau of PA Evranest,  representatives of the Commission on EU-Armenia cooperation.

ArmInfo. Armenian National  Assembly law  maker Tigran Urikhanyan, a member of Tsaroukyan bloc,  in his comment to ArmInfo expressed his disagreement with Ex Defense  Minister Seyran Ohanyan's statement, according which all the  opposition powers except Ohanyan-Raffi-Oskanyan bloc leaded by him,  are controlled by authorities. According to Urikhanyan, the  Tsaroukyan bloc is  supervised just and only by Gagik  Tsaroukyan and  parties joined the bloc mentioned.  Answering the question  regarding  pre-electoral bribes given by  Tsaroukyan  bloc in Gyumri, which has  been incriminated to the bloc by political competitors , Urikhanyan  stated that he does not participate  to that, and , as a candidate  based both  on proportional and rate lists, is not intended to give  bribes to the voters. 

ArmInfo.To participate in the April  parliamentary elections, 9 political units submitted their lists to the Central Election Commission of Armenia.

ArmInfo. The general jurisdiction court of Kentron and Nork- Marash administrative  districts of Yerevan has sentenced those charged with using violence  against the police during the July protests in Yerevan - Arsen  Mkrtumyan, Gagik Mikaelyan and Soso Margaryan - to three years in  jail.

ArmInfo. In 2016 Ardshinbank increased its net profit 2.3-fold to 4.6 bln AMD ($9.4 mln) and retained its position among the TOP-3. Due to this, the accumulated  profit of the Bank grew by 16.8% to 29.9 bln AMD, increasing the  total capital by 11.6% to 54 bln AMD.
