The press secretary of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Tigran Balayan stated this during a briefing on June 5, commenting on the situation in the Israeli Knesset on the recognition of the Armenian Genocide.

ArmInfo.Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu accepted the recommendations of the country's foreign ministry to postpone the discussion in the  Knesset (parliament) of the bill on recognition of the Armenian Genocide until the completion of the early parliamentary elections scheduled for June 24 in Turkey.
