ArmInfo.The Eastern Partnership (EaP) program of the EU is not directed against a third country. Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan said this  in a conversation with journalists on November 23 after the Armenian  government's meeting, commenting on the statements of the head of the  Russian Foreign Ministry in Baku about the readiness to host  Azerbaijan in the EAEU.
