ArmInfo.Acting Minister of Justice of Armenia David Harutyunyan does not see anything of concern in the fact that so far the newly elected Prime Minister of Armenia  Serzh Sargsyan has not received congratulations from the leaders of European countries and the leadership of the United States, and even from some of the partners in the EAEU - the President of Belarus. "I myself would not have paid attention to this issue," David  Harutyunyan said at an briefing on the journalists' anxiety.
