ArmInfo.European Parliament Deputy, Euro Parliament mission head in Armenia Heidi Hautala noted the violations during Armenian parliamentary elections on April 2, Svoboda radio reports.

ArmInfo.The April 2 parliamentary elections are the best indicator that Armenia is  following democratic development. Edward Sharmazanov, the vice  speaker of the Armenian Parliament and the Press Secretary of the  ruling Republican Party of Armenia, said this in a conversation with  the correspondent of ArmInfo commenting on the criticism of the first  president and leader of the "Congress-PPA" Levon Ter-Petrosyan  regarding the elections.

ArmInfo. Parliamentary Elections Completed in Armenia/ At 20:00 local time all the 2009 polling stations, opened at 08:00 AM ,  were closed According to  Armenia CEC as of 17:00  around 1.317.936   voters  or  50,93% took  participation  of 2.587.706   having voting rights.
