ArmInfo. By the decree of President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, Armen Smbatyan was recalled from the post of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Israel. The corresponding decree was published on the website of the head of state.

ArmInfo.Russian-Israeli blogger and journalist Alexander Lapshin won a case against Azerbaijan in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).  "Victory! The European Court of Human Rights found the Azerbaijani authorities guilty of attempted  murder against me in a Baku prison and the use of brutal torture.  Azerbaijan was ordered to pay me 30,000 euros in compensation,"  Lapshin wrote on his Facebook page.
