Deputy Secretary General of NATO, Tacan Ildem told APA.Ildem stated that the settlement of the conflict is handled by the  OSCE Minsk Group: "NATO can not interfere in the settlement of this  conflict. The solution of this conflict concerns the OSCE Minsk  Group."
