The  interlocutors underlined the mutual responsibility to implement joint  practical steps to intensify the political dialogue, including  through the holding of inter-ministerial consultations.

This opinion was voiced by  the president of the International Center for the Study of Election  Systems, political analyst Alexander Zinker in an interview with  ArmInfo, answering the question whether one can expect any  breakthrough results from the meeting of the Armenian and Azeri FMs  in New York, given the stricter position of the prime minister  Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on the conflict settlement.
