ArmInfo.The Upper Lars checkpoint is open for all kinds of vehicles with snow chains.   The Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that on  December 23, as of 11am local time, there are hard-to-travel roads in  Armenia. The matter concerns Vanadzor-Dilijan, Vanadzor-Stepanavan-  Alaverdi, Sotk-Karvachar roads and Vardenyats Pass.   

ArmInfo.The Appeal court of Armenia  left uphold the lifetime sentence to Valeri Permyakov. The Appeal Cort  verdict was released on December 19.  Earlier  legal assignees of the  incurred family submitted two complaints stating that the case has not been investigated completely, because Permyakov could not  act all by himself. The other  complaint  comprised the  EUR 450.000 material loss demand.

ArmInfo.As of 11:00 AM (local time) , there are blocked and hard-to-travel-over roads throughout  the territory of Armenia.  According to the information of Armenian Emergency Situation Ministry, Berd-Chambarak, Aragats- Shenkani, intercommunity roads of Amasia and Vardenyac pass are blocked. At the same time Sotk- Karvachar, vanadzor-Gyumri,  Vanadzor-Stepanavan-Alaverdi, Saravan-Zanger sector, Ahsotsk  intercommunity roads and Shirak district roads are hard to travel  over.

The press-service of the company has told ArmInfo that the program is implemented within the frames of Beeline's Make your Mark global strategy and is aimed at teaching of entrepreneurship and developing entrepreneurial thinking among Armenian school children.

Particularly, Vanadzor-Gyumri, Berd-Chambarak, Zarinja-Tsamakasar, Mastara- Kaghqasar,  roads in Aparan and Amasia are closed. 

ArmInfo.As of 12:30 AM (local time), some roads are hard to travel over or closed. As ArmInfo was informed at the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Vardenyac pass, Amasia-Gyumri, Gyumri-Bavra. Gyumri-Vanadzor are closed. Stepanavan  and Tigranashen  highlands passes, as well as Sotk-Karvachar, Saravan-Zange, Artemi-Talin-Mastara,  Stepanaven-Odzun,Vanadzor-Stepanavan, Vanadzor-Dilijan,  Gyumri-Armavir, and all the roads in Syunik. Kotayk and Tavush are  closed. Berd- Chambarak and Sarvan-Zangre are under snowstorm, and  there is a bad visibility at the "Meghri Sar" sector.

ArmInfo. Ural Airlines open new flight from Rostov Don to Gyumri. Flights will be on Fridays. The new flight will be initiated within the beginning of winter vacations, because Armenia is the most comfortable place for those who love  mountain skiing. And this is not a single flight. The company has  also six flights per week from Rostov Don to Yerevan.  To remind,  recently Pobeda  low coaster opened its booking for new international  flights from Vnukovo (Moscow) to Gyumri. Pobeda's crafts will fly to  Gyumri starting from December 15 three times a week - on Tuesdays,  Thursdays and Sundays. 

ArmInfo. Pobeda low-cost air carrier launched on Monday the sale of tickets from Moscow (Vnukovo airport) to Gyumri, the second largest city of Armenia. Until the end of the winter schedule, no fewer than 10,000 tickets are sale at the  price of 999 Russian rubles, including all taxes and fees. The  company reports that within the framework of Fly&Bus service, Pobeda  offers the new flight passengers to make use of transfer services to  Yerevan.
