ArmInfo.The killing of an Armenian serviceman on the contact line between the  Artsakh-Azerbaijani troops and the enemy's bullet immediately after the Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting is further proof that Baku does not respect and does not intend to observe international agreements reached with its participation.
