ArmInfo.The ARF Dashnaktsutyun party has suspended its participation in the coalition with the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA).

ArmInfo.Armenian President Armen Sargsyan expressed concerns  over the situation in the country. This was strated by  the leader of the "Take a step" initiative, MP  Nikol Pashinyan  at a rally on the Republic Square on April 21, referring to the conversation with Armenian President Armen Sargsyan, held today in the square before the rally.

This became clear after the January 21 secret ballot in the country's parliament. For Hrayr Tovmasyan, nominated by NA Speaker Ara Babloyan, 64 deputies voted at 27 against, and 2 ballots were declared invalid.

ArmInfo. The Armenian Parliament rejected the draft statement of the "Elk" bloc "On the events of March 1, 2008". "For" the document voted only 7 MPs from  the "Elk" bloc, who consider themselves opposition to the "Tsarukyan"  block for the incomprehensible reasons, decided not to participate in  the voting, the factions of the Republican Party and the ARF  "Dashnaktsutyun" voted against the draft.

ArmInfo.The National Assembly of Armenia approved in the first reading on March 21 the draft amendments to a number of laws regulating international relations.  The project was presented by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs  of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan.
