ArmInfo.The Azerbaijani army in Tavush suffered a major failure, and in order to hide this factor, the leadership of Azerbaijan again intensified its anti-Armenian  rhetoric.  Tatevik Hayrapetyan, a political scientist, an expert on  Azerbaijan and lawmaker from the "My Step" faction, stated this  during a press conference.

ArmInfo.I do not think that the replacement of foreign ministers in Azerbaijan will affect the country's policy. Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh  Kocharyan said this in an interview with Armenian journalists in  Minsk, referring to personnel changes in Azerbaijan.

The Co-Chairs of the  OSCE Minsk Group (Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, Stephane  Visconti of France, and Andrew Schofer of the United States of  America)? met separately and jointly via video conference on 29-30  June with Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and  Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov to discuss the public  health situation in the region, current dynamics in the  Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and next steps in the peace process.  Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office (PRCIO)  Andrzej Kasprzyk also participated in these discussions.

There is no alternative to a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and Armenia is focused on practical work, has carried out this practical  work for two years and intends to continue further. Armenian Foreign  Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said this on May 12 during his speech at  the CIS Ministerial Council, in response to statements by his  counterpart from Azerbaijan.
