ArmInfo. In the Azerbaijani diplomatic corps, quite serious processes, which began with the resignation of Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov, are taking place today. Karen Veranyan, an expert of the Orbeli center, expressed this  opinion to ArmInfo.

ArmInfo. Analyzing all the recent  actions of Azerbaijan on the north- eastern section of the border  with Armenia, one gets the impression that these actions are  completely aimless. It seems that acting in this way, in Baku they  themselves do not know what, in fact, they want to achieve. Head of  the Center for Globalization and Regional Cooperation Stepan  Grigoryan expressed this opinion to ArmInfo.

ArmInfo. Baku is trying to shift the responsibility for exacerbating the situation on the state border to Yerevan, accusing Armenia of trying to draw a third party  into the Karabakh conflict.

This was stated by Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan, commenting on the statements of the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister after the meeting in Washington.  She noted that such approaches are destructive and devalue the seriousness of a peaceful solution to the conflict.

A meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov will be held in Washington on June 20 under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group.As the press service of the Foreign Ministry reports, after the ministerial meetings in January in Paris and in April in Moscow, there were discussions on organizing the next meeting in the capital of the third mediator country - the United States.
