ArmInfo. On December 4, 2024, CHW released its sixth Monitoring Report, its first since the expulsion of over 100,000 Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh in September 2023. The report details impacts to cultural heritage in the region, documenting the devastating toll that new construction in Shusha/Shushi is causing to Armenian sites and the significant vulnerability of historic Armenian cemeteries in the region. In all, the report documents damage to 4 sites and new threats to 3 more.

ArmInfo.With the consent of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, on the basis of an order from the head of the State Supervision Service of the Republic of Armenia, a study was conducted at the High Voltage Electrical Networks  CJSC  which revealed multimillion-dollar violations in the company.

ArmInfo.The Investigative Committee of Armenia continues the preliminary investigation into the  criminal case in connection with ethnic cleansing in Nagorno-Karabakh, committing crimes against humanity, military aggression against the civilian population of NK, war crimes and captivity of persons of violence against ethnic Armenians, desecration of the bodies of the dead, etc. by the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan on September 19, 2023.

ArmInfo.The Armenian government has decided to allocate 2 billion 318 million drams (about $6 million  at the current exchange rate) from the taxpayer's funds for the tour of American rapper Snoop Dogg. "The choice of the artist is due not only to the fact that the latter is in great demand this year in the  world of modern music, but also to the fact that a unique show program will be presented," the Cabinet of Ministers of August 11 says.

ArmInfo.Today, two Indian citizens Muhammad Asif and Mirhasan Sahajan, who were involved in the  construction works of the plant, were wounded in the wake of the Azerbaijani fire in the direction of the metallurgical plant being built with the measures of foreign investments in Yeraskh, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia reports.

In their statement, received by ArmInfo, representatives of  public organizations considered the tripartite memorandum of  understanding signed on February 22 between the government of the  Republic of Armenia, the Eurasian Development Bank and Lydian Armenia  CJSC as illegal, short-sighted, irresponsible, adventurous and  dangerous.

ArmInfo.More than 60% of the participants of the "iGorts" professional repatriation program of the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia stayed to live and work in Armenia. ArmInfo.Artsakh remains blockaded. Qarvachar has been surrendered and no road connecting Artsakh with Armenia is available, Aghvan Vardanyan, a member of the opposition faction Armenia, stated in Parliament on Friday.
