ArmInfo.As of 10:00am, one of the largest election monitoring initiatives, the Independent Observer, recorded the following violations in Gegharkunik, Shirak,  Lori and Kotayk regions According to the report, near the polling  stations of 20/05, Sevan, Gegharkunik region, 23/54 and 23/53 in  Vanadzor, 33/20, in the village of Panik (Shirak region), propaganda  posters were hung.  

ArmInfo.A 10-member delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) headed by Aleksander Pociej will visit Armenia from December 7  to 10 to observe the parliamentary elections on December 9 with  observers from the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, the European  Parliament and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human  Rights ( OSCE / ODIHR).
