ArmInfo. The leaders of Russia and Armenia, Vladimir Putin and Nikol Pashinyan, agreed on the withdrawal of Russian troops and border guards from some regions of Armenia. Spokesperson of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov told RIA.
"Actually, since the situation has changed, Pashinyan and Putin agreed on this issue," he said.
At the request of the Armenian side, Russian border guards will remain on the border with Iran and Turkey, Peskov added.
