"Stand up, break the silence," reads one of the leaflets. Also, leaflets with a quote from Bishop Bagrat Galstanyan appeared on street poles in the city: "Spiritual Armenia will defeat "New Armenia."
The day before, in a conversation with journalists, the bishop expressed gratitude to all those who stood up to defend the country's territories. "Truth cannot die, this cannot happen, and this whole process must lead to the victory of truth," the clergyman said, adding that at present the local residents, who heroically held their fighting positions for years, are at a loss due to the actions of the RA government position But, as Galstanyan emphasized, the resistance movement will not allow the authorities to carry out their plans. "For everything that has been done, retribution will certainly follow; the dark deeds carried out in the darkness will also not go unanswered," the bishop emphasized.
On April 19, the commissions for demarcation of the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed to begin demarcation of the border from the Tavush region. According to them, the description of these sections of the border line will be drawn up taking into account the clarification of the coordinates that will be obtained as a result of geodetic measurements on site. All this will be documented in the appropriate protocol description, which must be agreed upon and signed between the parties before May 15 of this year.
