ArmInfo.The election of a new President in NK has taken place in a very precarious situation, marked by clear  threats of war from Azerbaijan. Despite all the difficulties, it was conducted in accordance with the constitution of the unrecognized Republic of Nagorno- Karabakh. Former State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, famous entrepreneur and philanthropist Ruben Vardanyan wrote in his account in X.

" I kindly request that EU officials take this into consideration. At  the same time, it is crucial for the EU to view the negotiations  between NK authorities and Azerbaijan through international  mechanisms as the only viable means to resolve these issues. I hope  the EU will exert more effort to end the inhumane blockade in Artsakh  and facilitate constructive discussions at the negotiation table.  Ordinary people should not suffer due to political games. The policy  of Baku, which involves politicizing access to food and medicine, is  entirely unacceptable. What's even more troubling is their  willingness to employ force or threats of force. I hope that all  mediators will do their utmost to prevent further dangerous  developments," Vardanyan emphasized.
