ArmInfo.Azerbaijan continues its illegal settlement of Berdzor and other occupied territories of Artsakh. According to Azerbaijani media, citing state committee of refugees, on June 19 another 13 families or 44 people were settled in Berdzor. They are settled in houses restored or newly built at the expense of the state.
Thus, as the report says, 55 families, or 213 people, were moved to Berdzor.
Earlier, the Azerbaijani side announced its intention to move about 2,000 families, or 10,000 people, to the occupied territories of Artsakh, about 700 families to Berdzor, another 400 families to the villages of Aghavno and Susi.
Let us add that these actions of the enemy side run counter to the obligations assumed by the parties as part of the tripartite statement of November 9, 2020. According to the statement, this process was to be supervised by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
