ArmInfo.Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan called for participation in the rally, which is convened on November 5 by the "Resistance" movement, demanding the resignation of the current Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and his team.
"We should not despair. The struggle must be continued both in Artsakh and in Armenia. Join us!" Robert Kocharyan wrote. Earlier, Kocharyan's office reported that the second president of Armenia would take part in the rally.
It should be noted that on October 30, after a large-scale rally in Artsakh, Hayastan faction MP, Movement coordinator Ishkhan Saghatelyan said that the Resistance Movement was convening a nationwide rally in Yerevan on November 5 at 15:00 in support of Artsakh.
"Artsakh has stood up. The spirit of 1988 is hovering in Artsakh. We have been waiting for this day for a long time. Artsakh is united. Artsakh takes responsibility for its statehood. Today there were clear messages from Artsakh. Artsakh has never been and will never be part of Azerbaijan. Any attempt to annex Artsakh to Azerbaijan is unacceptable for the Republic of Artsakh , the people of Artsakh. Artsakh also speaks very clearly. Not a single body of the Republic of Armenia has the right to sign any document that would call into question the existence of the sovereign Republic of Artsakh. Artsakh calls on Armenians from all over the world to continue supporting Artsakh, defending the rights of Artsakh, and standing up for Artsakh. Our duty and responsibility is to listen to the voice of Artsakh. As an Armenian, as a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, as a worthy person, stand up for Artsakh and Armenia. Armenia should stand next to Artsakh, Armenians should stand up for their Motherland. Pan-Armenian unity around the sovereignty, security and statehood of Artsakh and Armenia! There is no Armenia without Artsakh. There is no peace without Artsakh," Saghatelyan wrote.
