According to the message of the regional municipality, the representatives of the mission visited the administration of Vardenis, after which they went to the settlements of Kutakan, Sotk, Verin Shorzha, Airk and Norabak, which suffered from the Azerbaijani aggression on September 13-14.
It is reported that the OSCE observation mission on the spot got acquainted with the consequences of Azerbaijan's military attack and the situation in the border areas and settlements of the region.
On the night of September 13, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces launched a large-scale aggression against the sovereign territory of Armenia using large-caliber weapons, artillery, missile systems and unmanned aerial vehicles. 36 settlements of Armenia were shelled, including the communities of Goris, Sisian, Kapan, Jermuk, Vardenis, Tegh, Geghamasar, as a result of which more than 190 residential buildings were completely or partially burned down, energy infrastructures, water supply facilities, gas pipelines, bridges and roads were damaged.
