ARMENIAN SOCIETY FOR CULTURAL COOPERATION WITH FOREIGN COUNTRIES Non- Governmental Organization / hereinafter referred to as NGO / Gor Davtyan, as well as, director of "AOKS" LLC founded by the same NGO, chairman of the NGO, former Armenian Ambassador to Israel Armen Smbatyan and First Deputy Chairwoman, former Minister of Culture of the Republic of Armenia Hasmik Poghosyan, by prior conspiracy, with the aim of concealing and distorting the source and ownership of the property at 3 Abovyan (in the center of Yerevan), implemented a formal transaction on alienation.
As a result of a fictitious alienation, 100% of shares of AOKS LLC were sold for 550 thousand US dollars to a company registered in the British Virgin Islands in the name of Poghosyan's daughter-in-law Francesca Kutrupin. The latter, in turn, sold 50% of shares to Armen Smbatyan's friend Sarkis Martirosyan and Gor Davtyan's mother Adela Stepanyan. The preliminary investigation in the case of the accused Armen Smbatyan and Gor Davtyan on the basis of Article 190, Part 3, Clause 1 of the RA Criminal Code (Legalization of Illegally Obtained Income; Acts committed on an especially large scale) has been completed and the criminal case with an indictment has been sent to the Prosecutor's Office with a petition send the materials of the case to the court. The investigation into the case of Hasmik Poghosyan continues, a wanted list has been declared in relation to her, arrest has been chosen as a preventive measure.
