On the agenda of the meeting proposed by deputies from the ruling bloc, a package of draft laws on amending and additions to the Judicial Code and in related laws. The question was considered in the urgest mode. In justification, it is noted that the purpose of the proposed amendments is to ensure the effective implementation of the trial of cases, the proper implementation of the rights and legitimate interests of their participants, ensuring the requirements of the consideration and permission of cases within a reasonable time, strengthening institutional guarantees to ensure the normal activities of the courts and eliminate the consequences of human rights and human rights violations recorded by judicial acts created on the basis of international treaties with the participation of Armenia, and also restoring the rights of victims of these violations.
