Armenian opposition blocks all entrances to the parliament building

ArmInfo.The life will not be the same in Armenia anymore, the single opposition candidate for the RA Prime Minister, the former head of the Armenian government, Vazgen Manukyan, stated this on March 9 at a rally on the "Movement for  Salvation of the Motherland".  According to him, the previous  generation presented the Armenian people with an independent state, a  powerful army, victories, democracy and freedom.

And the new generation that was born after that, lost it all. What is  the reason? The answer to this question, according to the  oppositionist, is the key to the future of Armenia. There was  corruption in the country and election results were falsified. But  there is much more corruption in Azerbaijan, and much more often the  election results were falsified. "Of course, corruption and  irregularities during the elections strongly influence the  foundations of the Armenian statehood, but this is not the key to the  answer. It is much deeper, There will be no more previous life. New  authorities will come, governments will change, and they will  determine what kind of future they want to build. ",  declared Vazgen  Manukyan.

He stated that the current head of the government, Nikol Pashinyan,  has one amazing feature. He resolves any issue in such a way as to  cause maximum damage to the state. On the fourth day of the war, he  received demands from all sides to stop hostilities, but he brought  the situation to the point that Armenia ended the war in a difficult  situation. "He cannot lead, he is doomed, a man in a bulletproof  vest, surrounded by thousands of police officers, cannot lead a  country in which most of the state institutions no longer obey him.  He will leave anyway, but he will leave, causing irreparable damage  to our statehood, this is in his nature. Therefore, it depends on us  that all this ends as quickly as possible, "Vazgen Manukyan said. He  noted that Nikol Pashinyan's goal is to create a totalitarian state,  but he will not succeed, since the position of the army is at the  heart of totalitarianism, and the decision of the Armenian army is  very clear and understandable. Moreover, we are talking not only  about the Chief of the General Staff Onik Gasparyan, but about the  entire army. He called for 200-300 people to stand in front of the  parliament every night to defend their supporters. The oppositionist  noted that the parliament building will be surrounded and will work  only when it makes decisions necessary for the people. "We will close  all the entrances, after which we will continue our conversation,"  Vazgen Manukyan said.  However, the opposition's intentions were met  by more than powerful cordons of police forces, which in 10 rows did  not allow the protesters chanting "Nikol the traitor". In a number of  cases, the proximity of the protesters to the forces of law and order  led to clashes, as a result of which the situation began to escalate.
