Armen Pambukhchyan was relieved of the post of First Deputy Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technologies of Armenia, Hakob Simidian from the position of Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development, Ruben Rubinyan - Deputy Foreign Minister, and Hovhannes Hovhannisyan - Deputy Minister of Education and Science.
Hripsime Grigoryan has been relieved of the post of Chairman of the Tourism Committee of the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments, Arman Boshyan - Head of the Social Security Service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
Tigran Ulikhanyan and Hayk Sargsyan were dismissed from the post of deputy head of the State Control Service. Government members continue to perform their duties until the formation of a new Government.
The government is formed within fifteen days after the appointment of the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister, within five days after his appointment, proposes to the President of the Republic candidatures of vice-premiers and ministers. The President of the Republic, within three days, either appoints deputy prime ministers and ministers, or appeals to the Constitutional Court. The Constitutional Court considers the appeal and adopts a ruling within five days. If the President of the Republic does not fulfill the requirements established by this article within three days, then the relevant Deputy Prime Minister or Minister is considered to be appointed by law. Within twenty days after the formation of the Government, the Prime Minister submits the Government's program to the National Assembly. The National Assembly approves the program of the Government within seven days by the majority of votes from the total number of MPs.
