ArmInfo. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov sent a congratulatory message to the Acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan in connection with the victory of the My Step bloc in the early parliamentary elections.
According to the government's press service, the message reads: "I congratulate you on the victory of the My Step bloc headed by you at the early elections. The election results reflect the high confidence of people in the reforms you are implementing.
I am sure that relations between Kyrgyzstan and Armenia are based on mutual respect, will continue to develop for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries. I wish you success in state activities, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Armenia. "
To note, on December 9, early parliamentary elections were held in Armenia. According to their results, the "My step" bloc headed by the acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan won 70.44% of the vote.
