ArmInfo. On November 26, President of the National Assembly Ara Babloyan received the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Asaf Hajiyev.
According to the parliament's press service, Babloyan noted the importance of holding the 52nd plenary session of the Assembly in Yerevan. According to the chairman of the parliament, the organization is a unique platform for multilateral economic cooperation, which can contribute to the deepening and strengthening of regional ties. Babloyan also assured that the Armenian side had done everything possible to hold the plenary session and was awaiting fruitful work. In turn, Asaf Hajiyev expressed confidence that the meetings would be held in an atmosphere of mutual cooperation.
The interlocutors also touched upon the situation in the Black Sea region, expressed their views on some issues.
