"Russia's position as a co-chairing country of the OSCE Minsk Group remains unchanged. It is reflected in a joint statement by the presidents of Russia, France and the United States of America 2009-2013, the heads of foreign ministries of the three countries, as well as the co-chairs themselves," Zakharova concluded.
