ArmInfo.Deputy Minister of Justice Suren Krmoyan, who is on working visit to Kazakhstan, held a meeting with the head of the Department for the Support of the Courts at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nurserik Sharipov.
The Ministry of Justice press service told ArmInfo that Sharipov spoke about the work carried out to modernize the judicial system, increase public confidence in the structure and ensure the rule of law. Krmoyan showed interest in the electronic court system already used in Kazakhstan.
The Deputy Minister of Justice visited the Highest Judicial Authority, visited the plenary halls and courts, familiarized himself with audio-video and video conference facilities. It was emphasized that the algorithm of justice in Kazakhstan covers all stages of the judicial process, starting with the submission of documents to the judicial administration and ending with the process of transferring the final judicial act to the citizen. Krmoyan praised the level of development of the e-justice system in Kazakhstan.
At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed mutual readiness to expand further cooperation in the legal and judicial fields.
