ArmInfo.Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Kazakh Foreign Minister Kairat Abdrakhmanov discussed issues related to cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats on September 27 at a meeting held within the framework of the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly, and outlined joint steps to further deepen bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation.
According to the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, presenting the agenda of the development of the Government of Armenia and achievements, the republic's experience in innovation and high technologies, which are its main directions, noted the importance of initiating programs aimed at bilateral cooperation in these areas.
The foreign ministers of Armenia and Kazakhstan also exchanged views on a number of topical regional and international issues. Referring to the position of the Armenian side and its priorities on the settlement of the Karabakh issue, Mnatsakanyan stressed the importance of creating an atmosphere of peace for the promotion of the negotiation process.
