ArmInfo. On August 23, a meeting of the heads of the RA State Revenue Committee and the Ministry of Finance of Artsakh was held in Yerevan.
According to the press service of SRC, during the meeting the directions and prospects of cooperation of the authorized structures of the two Armenian republics in tax and customs administration were discussed. The close cooperation of the departments of the two states has a long history in the issue of harmonization and dynamic development of the administration of state revenues, growth of revenues of state budgets and protection of lawful rights of taxpayers. The head of KGD, David Ananyan, confirmed the readiness of the Committee to further expand cooperation between the two departments.
After the meeting David Ananyan and Artsakh finance minister Arthur Harutyunyan signed an agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance. The document is aimed at the implementation in the years 2018-2020 of a program of numerous activities in such areas as the exchange of experience, knowledge and information. The parties stressed that in the coming years the interaction between the departments of Armenia and Artsakh will continue to be effective.
