ArmInfo.Armenia reaffirms its commitment exclusively to the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict in the format of the co-chairmanship of the OSCE Minsk Group. This July 12, speaking in Brussels at a meeting of the leaders of countries contributing to the NATO peacekeeping mission "Strong Assistance" in Afghanistan, said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
According to him, the press service of the Armenian government cites, any attempt to resolve this conflict by military means should be considered as an encroachment on democracy, human rights and peace. Recent cases of violations of the ceasefire regime on the border with Armenia and on the line of confrontation with Karabakh seriously question the adherence of Baku to the peace process. "We reaffirm the importance of the agreements reached earlier, in particular those that were reached during the meetings in Vienna, St. Petersburg and Geneva with the aim of creating favorable conditions for peace and confidence-building measures," the Armenian government head noted.
