ArmInfo.Armenia is at the stage when it forms the basis for continuing the negotiations on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. Armenian Foreign Minister  Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said this in an interview with Radio Liberty,  referring to the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the  return of Artsakh to the negotiating table.

In this context, he recalled that the Prime Minister of Armenia met  with the Russian president, and also held telephone conversations  with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, with the US Deputy  Secretary of State, an official from the State Department was in  Yerevan, the French Foreign Minister was in Armenia, telephone  conversation with the Russian Foreign Minister, moreover, plans to  visit Moscow on a working visit on June 7, all this is a chain of  work that is carried out to continue the process. "This process has a  long history, where there is a clear reality - Nagorno Karabakh has a  decisive voice in a peaceful settlement, which is not new, since even  the conflict over the formulation of Minsk mediators is called the  Nagorno-Karabakh." Nagorno Karabakh is a clear, so to speak, unit  with its territory , the population, structures, the state system,  which is difficult to ignore, whose decisive voice was clearly laid  in the basis of this process, "he said, and in this context reminded  that the signature of Nagorno-Karabakh costs a cease-fire, but all  this is ignored today.

According to Mnatsakanyan, it is this reality that the Armenian side  puts into the logic of the negotiation process, since Armenia is a  supporter of the peaceful settlement of the conflict through  negotiations and within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group. In  this context, he once again stressed the importance of creating an  atmosphere conducive to peace. "A lot of formulations, appeals and  statements that cause absolutely the opposite are of concern," the  Armenian Foreign Minister said.
