ArmInfo.The permanent representative of Artsakh in the Middle East Karo Kebabjyan participated in the opening ceremony of the exhibition of photographs by Zohrab Margaryan, reflecting the Artsakh chronicle.
As the press service of the NKR Foreign Ministry told ArmInfo, the event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Karabakh movement was held at the Armenian Embassy in Lebanon. In his speech Kebabjian noted the importance of strengthening the tri-unity of Artsakh-Armenia-Diaspora by combining the potential of the scattered Armenians throughout the world in order to preserve the Armenian identity, consolidation and prosperity of the two Armenian states.
Then, the Permanent Representative of Artsakh gave Margaryan a thank-you letter from Artsakh's Minister of Arts and a commemorative medal dedicated to the anniversary of the Karabakh movement, underscoring the important contribution of the well-known photographer to raising recognition of Artsakh abroad.
The event was attended by Armenian Ambassador to Lebanon Samvel Mkrtchyan and Armenian Ambassador to Great Britain Armen Sargsyan, representatives of the Armenian community and the clergy of Lebanon. The exhibition was organized by joint efforts of the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Artsakh in the Middle East and the Armenian Embassy in Lebanon.
