ArmInfo. Political consultations took place between the foreign ministries of Armenia and Croatia.
According to the press service of Armenian MFA, from the Armenian side, the consultations were headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Karen Nazaryan, on behalf of Croatia - Deputy Foreign and European Integration Minister for Political Affairs Vice Skracic.
On the agenda of the consultations was a wide range of issues of Armenian-Croatian relations. Stressing the importance of mutual desire to continue the high-level dialogue, the sides discussed issues of development of trade and economic relations and targeted sectoral cooperation, interaction on international platforms, as well as the current state of Armenia-EU relations.
Skracic referred to the latest regional developments, in particular, the situation in the Western Balkans, the Syrian conflict, and the emigration crisis. Nazaryan, in turn, presented the efforts of Armenia and the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group on an exclusively peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
