On February 6, according to the agreement reached with the authorities of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), the OSCE mission will conduct a planned monitoring of the ceasefire regime on the contact line between the armed forces of Artsakh and Azerbaijan, northwest of the village of Seysulan in the Martakert region.
From the positions of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh, Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the Chairman-in-Office (LDPD) of the OSCE Gennady Petrik (Moldova) and Ognjen Jovic (Bosnia and Herzegovina), as well as an employee of the LDPU office Martin Schuster (Germany), will monitor the situation. On the other side of the contact line, the observation will be carried out by the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and his field assistant, Mikhail Olaru (Moldova). The authorities of the Republic of Artsakh expressed readiness to facilitate monitoring and ensure the security of the members of the OSCE mission.
