ArmInfo. It seems that in parallel with the dismantling of the foundations of the old order, new principles for organizing the joint existence of the peoples of the planet are being sought. And as usually happens in such cases, this new is a well-forgotten old.The director of the Armenian Center for Strategic and National Studies Manvel Sargsyan expressed such an opinion to ArmInfo.
"Against the background of the slippage of the principle of imposing a pattern of the First and Second World Wars on all top-level contractual arrangements, it is necessary to negotiate from below, which is a very difficult task, especially in the absence of examples of achieving multi-level treaties outside the Western world that came to them in the chaos of the early 17th century, " he said. In the given context, the analyst cites the opinion of one of the architects of the New World Order, ex-US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, predicting the end of the Middle East turmoil as an analogue, concluded in Europe in the XVII century, the Westphalian world. Kissinger is echoed by many other Western politicians, offering to the peoples, immersed in chaos, the Islamic world, nothing more than an analogue of the Westphalian world. In other words, according to his estimates, all groups are invited to agree on a system of their new relations, which is done against the background of their purposeful deprivation of the base for the use of their own historical traditions.
"Taking into account the absence of other traditions in Islam, we are talking only about conquests and submissive recognition of the power of others." The most striking examples are the Geneva talks of the participants in the Syrian conflict, the negotiations of groups opposing each other in Libya ", the analyst believes. According to his estimates, the countries of the Western world came to such an approach clearly not from a good life, because in a coherent world the method of force coercion gradually losing effectiveness becomes impossible. Campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan have demonstrated the insignificance of the effect of a forceful solution of problems, and the impossibility of converting it into a political one. Such an impossibility coupled with chaos, according to the analyst, creates an atmosphere for the perception of the proposed idea of ubiquitous "grassroots" treaties. "Still, we can only say that the main center for the transformation of political thinking is the Middle East, where the foundations of the New World Order will be developed."
Considering the absence of the traditions of relations with such an alien military and political factor among Turks, Arabs and Iranians, the appearance of a fundamentally new Kurdish factor at the center of attention is by no means accidental. Today it is the Kurds that are potentially the main engine of the international program of global and regional change. Therefore, it is impossible to find a more convenient factor for the collapse of the Islamic political tradition of power conquest or physical extermination of the disobedient today, "Sargsyan said.
