Such an impossibility coupled with chaos, according to the analyst, creates an atmosphere for the perception of the proposed idea of ubiquitous "grassroots" treaties. "Still, we can only say that the main center for the transformation of political thinking is the Middle East, where the foundations of the New World Order will be developed."

Considering the absence of the traditions of relations with such an alien military and political factor among Turks, Arabs and Iranians, the appearance of a fundamentally new Kurdish factor at the center of attention is by no means accidental. Today it is the Kurds that are potentially the main engine of the international program of global and regional change.
