ArmInfo. The deputy of the Turkish Mejlis of Armenian descent from the Kurdish Democratic Party of the Nations Karo Paylan was summoned to the Turkish prosecutor's office, in connection with his statement that attempts on the part of the Turkish leadership are being prepared against representatives of Armenian communities in European Countries.
After the interrogation at the Pavilian Prosecutor's Office, Cumhuriyet stated in an interview with the Turkish newspaper that he told the prosecutor's office that he had verbally received information about the upcoming assassinations, and he had no written evidence of this fact.
"Information on the attempt on Hrant Dink was also oral, he was advised to leave Turkey, but in the end he was killed," the deputy said. Paylan stressed that this information should be taken seriously and appropriate measures applied.
It should be noted that in December 2017 Karo Paylan stated that he received information from reliable sources that the ruling party of Turkey "The Justice and Development Party" intends to organize mass assassinations against Armenians, Alawites and refugees from Turkey who live in the territory Europe. He noted that European security agencies have already been informed of the upcoming assassinations and are taking appropriate measures.
Recent attempts on the office of one of the Armenian organizations in Brussels, as well as the footballer of Kurdish descent of Dizen Naki in Berlin, are also considered in the prism of the statement of Paylane. As representatives of the Armenian community of Brussels, Naki also saw in these assassinations a Turkish trace, saying that it was about this month earlier warned Paylan.
