ArmInfo. Vigen Nazaryan, member of the Constituent Parliament, was detained in Yerevan.
According to the Secretariat of the Constituent Parliament, Nazaryan was detained by the National Security Service officers on suspicion of carrying out activities in favor of another country.
On November 15, 2012, a group of representatives of the public of the Republic of Armenia issued a statement in which it proclaimed the creation of a "Pre-parliament" in the country. The purpose of the creation of the opposition movement is the formation through the alternative elections of the Constituent Assembly, which will create an updated concept of Armenia's strategic development and, as a necessary step, mobilize a new personnel resource of state management. Then, the Pre-Parliament was renamed the Constituent Parliament, one of the leaders of which was the hero of the Karabakh war, the leader of the movement "Centenary Without a Regime" Zhirayr Sefilyan Zhirayr Sefilyan, who is now serving time on charges of preparing mass riots in Armenia.
