ArmInfo.President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev will pay an official visit to Armenia on February 12-13. A high-ranking diplomatic source told ArmInfo about this.
The interlocutor informed that within the framework of the visit Radev will meet with the top leadership of Armenia, and the possibility of organizing a joint business forum is also under consideration. "I believe that this visit will give a new dynamic to the Armenian-Bulgarian relations, and new directions for cooperation will be outlined," the agency source said.
It is noteworthy that over 10 years the presidents of Bulgaria were not in Armenia, the last visit was in 2004. Then, President Georgi Parvanov visited Armenia. The visit will take place in the light of Bulgaria's chairmanship in the EU Council.
