According to him, over the previous years, annual GDP growth of 9-10% is provided. "The most rapidly developing areas are the mining industry, hydropower, agriculture, tourism, banking," he said, adding that favorable conditions for investment and civilized business have been created, as a result of which there has been an increase in foreign investment in various areas of our economy.
At the same time, according to Sahakyan, special attention is paid to education and culture, considering that the greatest wealth of our people is his intellectual potential and spiritual values, which must always be preserved and developed. "I want to emphasize that the tri-unity of Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora is one of the key components of our statehood, the guarantee of its security and progressive development." Through the effective participation of Armenia and the Diaspora, the economy of Artsakh, almost completely destroyed by the aggression of Azerbaijan in 1991-1994, was laid, its stable growth. There is not a single strategic project implemented in our republic in which the representatives of Armenia and the Diaspora would not have taken part. the Diaspora is indeed a huge economic and business potential, and we have a wide enough field of activity to expand Diaspora participation in the development of our state. "We will continue to work in this direction," the Artsakh leader said.
