The Armenian Investigation Committee has adopted a criminal case on  fraud by a judge of the Administrative Court

ArmInfo.In the Special Investigative Service, a criminal case on fraud by a judge of the  Administrative Court of Armenia was adopted. ArmInfo was informed about this by the press service of the Armenian SSS.

<The Special Investigative Service adopted a criminal case on fraud,  initiated on the basis of the application of citizen Ruben Ayvazyan  from 13.09. 2017 year. According to Ayvazyan's statement, the former  judge of the Administrative Court of Armenia demanded to pay a state  fee in the exchange of 3 million drams for the adoption of the suit  from Voskecot LLC. He said that in October 2011 he paid the judge the  last part of the required amount, but later it turned out that the  state duty was only 20-30 thousand drams. As a result, according to  Ayvazyan, the judge deceived and misused his trust, received from him  3 million drams and did not pay any drama of the state duty, "the CCC  said.

At the same time, the department is informed, but on the basis of the  application a criminal case has been opened on the grounds of Article  178, part 2 of the Criminal Code of RA, a preliminary investigation  is being conducted.
