ArmInfo.International Festival Yerevan Jazz Fest 2017 starts on October 26 in  Yerevan.

The festival will last until November 3. During these days, such  famous jazzists as composer and producer Marcus Miller from the USA,  pianist and composer Gonzalo Rubalcaba from Cuba, Russian saxophonist  Igor Butman and many others will come to the capital of Armenia.  Armenian jazz musicians will perform on stage with them.

So, on October 26 in the JCC. Karen Demirchian will host a concert of  Marcus Miller. October 29 in the Concert Hall. Aram Khachaturyan will  perform the Armenian State Jazz Orchestra led by Armen Hysnunts, as  well as the famous Armenian jazzman Levon Malkhasyan, saxophonist  Igor Butman and Ani Arzumanyan from France. On October 30, Levon  Malkhasyan, Alexis Avagyan, Mikhail Voskanyan and friends, Vazgen  Asatryan and Lusine Sargsyan will perform at the Dramatic Theater  named after V.Achemyan in Gyumri.

November 1 in the Concert Hall. Aram Khachaturian will perform Artaud  Tunboyadjian and Armenian Navy Band, Artak Nersisyan, Marina  Hakobyan, Paco Sar from Senegal. On November 3, the festival will be  closed at the same venue, where Gonzalo Rubbalcaba, the quintet  Vahagn Hayrapetyan and Alexis Avagyan will perform.

The Jazz Fest annual international festival is held on the initiative  of the Armenian Jazz Association. For two years, jazz industry  professionals such as Richard Bona, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Theo  Crocker, Nino Katamadze, Hubert Tubs, Joss Ston and others have come  to the Armenian capital in the capital of Armenia. Yerevan Jazz  Festival in 2017 is dedicated to the founder of the famous brand  Zilidjian Avedis Zilidzhyan.
