According to him, the prepared document aims to change the perception of the international community on this issue. "Already next week an English version of professional opinion will be prepared, which will be presented to all possible international structures. We also plan to present it to the government of the country for distribution through our channels, "Zohrabyan said.
He noted that the opinions presented describe in details the crimes committed by the Azerbaijani side during the April 2008 war against the civilian population and the military, the actual evidence of mockery over the bodies of the elderly and soldiers is presented. The lawyer also said that the European Court of Human Rights is already dealing with certain episodes.
It should be noted that the professional opinion consists of 5 chapters, in particular, a brief historical note, the legal demand of the Artsakh people, the anti-Armenian policy pursued by Azerbaijan, the events that took place from April 2 to 5, 2016 (<four-day April war> - Ed.) and large violations of international law during the April war.
