Expert: USA processes biological weaponry through reference  laboratories 

ArmInfo. Biological laboratories, opened by USA in Armenia in military aims, are directed to process bacteriological weaponry, Arman Ghukasyan, Chairman of the  International Organization for Humanitarian Development is sure. 

He stressed that number of biological laboratories, processed through  funding of Pentagon, increased in the world for 400, meanwhile, in  2010 there were only 20. "Biological laboratories are being opened  and supported by USA, particularly, are funding by the Agency for  Threat Reduction (DTRA). Recent 7 years reference laboratories opened  in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Kazakhstan and  Uzbekistan. These laboratories have double purpose, as they are  supplied by military structure-Pentagon, and their activities are  classified", Ghukasyan said on June 13 during the press conference in  Yerevan. 

"Three suchlike reference laboratories function in Armenia-in  Yerevan, Gyumri and Ijevan. No doubt,that USA spending such funds,  aims at serious political and military tasks. The goal is one-to  create in all above mentioned stated kinds of biological weapons,  which will be adopted to the local land environment.  Pentagon  creates some kinds of biological influence on the given states and is  definitely not worried about the health state of the population of  these countries", the expert said. 

According to him, USA has allocated $18 mln to create  reference-laboratories in Armenia. 

He also informed that the organization headed by him plans to hold a  protest in front of USA Embassy in Armenia on this occasion on June  15 and to hand corresponding letter to the Ambassador.
