ArmInfo. The organization ?Civil Observer? states about a woman who came to the poll station N5/7 with a ballot paper in which the line of RPA was already marked.
The Chairman of the electoral commission was informed about the given violation and he was offered to take corresponding steps and the letter destroyed the ballot paper. The observer demanded the registration of the case however the secretary of the commission refused to do that saying there was no violation.
