ArmInfo.As of 1 April 2017, the working group set up by the order of the Prosecutor General's Office, investigated 225 reports about violations during the electoral campaign. The reports were received from media outlets, citizens and through the hotline phone number.
The press service of the Armenian Prosecutor General's Office has told ArmInfo that 57 reports contained elements of crime. The reports were submitted to the territorial police departments. In 42 cases the circumstances were not confirmed or were disproved. In other cases the investigation is still underway. 46 out of 57 reports concerned electoral bribery, and 11 reports concerned hindrance to exercise of the citizens' voting rights.
